At Wilkins Kennedy LLP we believe that our staff are one of our most important assets.

We appreciate that the investment we make in staff is also an investment in our clients and our future success. We therefore invest significantly in regular structured training programmes through both external tutors and in-house training.

All our staff have regular performance reviews and our trainees are allocated mentors to ensure that they are equipped with the right skills and opportunities both for their personal development and in the interests of delivering a quality service to clients. We encourage a learning environment and foster a culture of excellence.
