Full Name

James is a VAT Director at Wilkins Kennedy and is responsible for leading and developing the firm’s VAT service. He advises on a range of VAT matters in particular within the property sector, financial and insurance services and not-for-profit sector. He also advises on VAT issues re cross border trading.

James is a member of the firm’s Expert Witness team. He is a member of the Expert Witness Institute (MEWI) having successfully completed the Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate accreditation scheme. 

James has written for publications such as International Tax Planning and Tolley’s VAT Business by Business Guide. He is a member of the VAT Practitioners Group.
