Kevin Walmsley

Kevin works closely with his clients which include larger corporate businesses, partnerships, owner managed businesses and individuals. He advises clients on day-to-day business management, planning and future strategies for both the business and its owners, bringing his combination of audit, corporate taxation and commercial experience to bear.

He is a founding member of the firm’s corporate finance team and specialises in undertaking financial due diligence reviews and providing transaction support for businesses across a broad range of industries. He also has significant experience in providing tax advice to expatriates in the United States. Kevin has worked extensively with clients regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

Kevin serves on the firm’s Management Committee, is a member of the firm’s International Services Group and served as the firm’s Marketing Partner for a number of years.

In addition, Kevin is a member of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a member of the Expert Witness Institute and of the Institute of Directors.

Kevin spends as much of his spare time as possible with his family.
