Andy acts as Lead Adviser on transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, development capital and disposals. As well as over 10 years corporate finance experience, Andy has also acted as Finance Director for a venture capital backed Publishing House, having originally qualified as a banker with Lloyds TSB Plc.
His experience covers many market sectors but in particular he has led numerous transactions in the food and publishing markets. Andy is a Director of WK Corporate Finance LLP, the corporate finance arm of Wilkins Kennedy Chartered Accountants.
In his spare time Andy enjoys golfing, walking, theatre and eating out.
