Full Name

Terry has been carrying out company and partnership valuations for the last 20 years for clients, often instructed by banks in cases of funding decisions or shareholder disputes. He provides general financial advice to small and medium sized business clients, specialising in corporate finance work: advising on structuring, acquisitions and sales of businesses. He also acts as engagement partner for a wide range of owner managed businesses.

Terry joined a predecessor firm of Wilkins Kennedy in 1969 as a trainee and was made partner in 1976. He was subsequently made Managing Partner of that firm, which merged with Wilkins Kennedy in 2001. He is now a member of Wilkins Kennedy’s Management Committee (board of management) and Managing Partner of Wilkins Kennedy’s Hertford office

Terry currently acts as adviser to a significant sports based charitable trust in North London. He has also served as Financial Consultant of a fast growing manufacturing company.
