Terry works closely with a wide variety of owner-managed clients. He is widely experienced in negotiating on behalf of clients involved in mergers, acquisitions and disposals.

In addition to his audit and business advisory expertise, Terry also undertakes a large number of share valuation assignments. He is a member of the firm’s Expert Witness Team and has significant expertise in dispute resolution.

Terry was actively involved in establishing a local business group jointly sponsored with Barclays Bank and continues to support this initiative. He has a BSc (Econ), is a member of the Institute of Directors as well as the Financial and Management Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Terry has a wide range of interests. He enjoys trips to the theatre and opera, is a football referee, golfs as often as possible and is a regular squash player.
