Tim Collerton

Tim provides advice on audit, tax and general business matters to a wide range of corporate and public sector organisations in the UK and abroad. His experience includes the preparation of accounts under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and financial audits in compliance with International Accounting Standards (IAS). Tim also specialises in tax, advising clients on corporate, personal and property tax issues.

As head of the firm’s Public Sector Group, Tim is responsible for overseeing the firm’s public sector assignments locally and abroad. He works with a variety of government entities including various European Agencies.

Tim joined Wilkins Kennedy in 1999 having previously worked in industry. He was admitted as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant in 2002, is a Chartered Tax Adviser and became a partner of the firm in 2004. He is a member of the firm’s Property Group executive committee and is the firm’s Public sector representative on the Technical Advisory Committee of the International Association of Practising Accountants (IAPA).

Tim is a member of a City of London Ward Club, a City Livery Company and the Amersham Rotary Club.

Tim is an accomplished rower and previously represented GB and England for 5 years. His achievements include: National Champion, National Record Holder and Winner and Triple Record Holder Henley Royal Regatta. He is also passionate about cooking and is a member of MENSA.
