John has significant experience in forensic accounting and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators as an Accredited Mediator. He has been an Expert Witness in the High Court in a high profile divorce case involving complicated company tax issues and has also been an Expert Witness in the financial aspects of several divorce cases. He has been an Expert Witness for the accused in a criminal fraud case and is currently working with the police in a substantial fraud case. He has carried out Court directed mediations in the Central London Court of Civil Justice.
