Top 22 UK chartered accountancy firm Wilkins Kennedy double appointment strengthens tax department in the South
Leading chartered accountancy firm Wilkins Kennedy is pleased to announce two new appointments of Paul Hopper as Senior Personal Tax Manager and Ian Harding as Corporate Tax Manager in the Winchester and Romsey offices of Wilkins Kennedy.

Paul, 33, from Hedge End joins the firm from his previous role as a Senior Tax Manager at BDO LLP in Southampton. Paul has 15 years experience of working in practice in Hampshire and specialises in identifying income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax planning opportunities for private clients. In his new role he will manage a diverse portfolio of clients including high net worth individuals, non-domiciliaries, trusts and partnerships. Paul, along with his team, is responsible for offering a full range of compliance services and bespoke tax planning for the firm’s clients. He will report to the Winchester and Romsey office Managing Partner Ian Talbot.
Ian, 38, from North Baddesley joins Wilkins Kennedy from CW Fellowes where he held the position of Client Relationship Manager. His qualifications as both a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser combined with his strong background in advising owner managed businesses mean he is ideally placed to join the corporate team offering pro-active tax planning to the firm’s wide range of corporate clients. Ian will report to Senior Corporate Tax Manager Naomi Nesbit.
