Wilkins Kennedy Payroll Services Attracts International Clients with ISO 9001 Quality Award

The Orpington based payroll department of leading chartered accountants and business advisers Wilkins Kennedy has been awarded the much-respected ISO 9001:2008 upgraded quality award for payroll services.

The ISO award is given after a rigorous audit process by BSI and qualifying companies are subject to a detailed annual compliance audit. It specifies requirements for a Quality Management System and this framework helps companies to maintain consistency in customer satisfaction, staff motivation and dedication to high standards and continuous improvement.

The Orpington office payroll department, headed by Payroll Partner Adam Merrett, has been ISO accredited since February 2006, and provides a wide range of payroll services including wage distribution, PAYE services and pension contributions to over 400 clients nationally, from local family firms to blue chip international corporations.
