Dan is a partner at Wilkins Kennedy and a Director of WK Corporate Finance LLP, the corporate finance arm of Wilkins Kennedy Chartered Accountants.
With a degree in Accounting & Finance, Dan joined Wilkins Kennedy where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant within the Audit & Accounts division. He moved across in to the firm’s Corporate Finance division five years ago and has been an integral part of the team since.
In addition to performing lead advisory roles on several MBOs, company acquisitions and disposals Dan has also been involved in a wide variety of due diligence assignments reporting to Banks and Private Equity.
Dan is a keen golfer and also enjoys playing football in his spare time.
