n addition, he has a wealth of experience in dealing
with the everyday financial problems and decisions that face the owner
managed business. John's client portfolio includes companies engaged in
engineering, construction, the retail and service sector, and
manufacturing.
John advises clients on business acquisitions
and is actively involved in the drafting of business plans and sourcing
finance in support of the acquisition of target businesses.
John is a member of the Audit and Information Technology Faculties of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
