Michelle has over 20 years experience in providing audit and advisory services to a wide range of Charity and Not-for-Profit clients. She has extensive experience in working closely with charities and their management teams providing audit and compliance advice as well as specialist advice on governance, strategic and policy issues.
She currently advises national charities, independent schools, medical and fundraising charities and membership bodies. Michelle is actively involved in the Academy Sector assisting schools converting to Academy status and advising those who have converted.
Michelle is a member of The Charity & Voluntary Sector Group of the ICAEW and the Charity Finance Directors’ Group (CFDG). She contributes to the firm’s technical updates on matters affecting this sector and provides training courses on technical issues both internally to staff and externally to the sector.
