Sarah is a human resources specialist working
in the firm’s HR consulting division, WK Business Solutions. She
advises owner-managed businesses, SMEs and several blue chip companies
on HR policies and procedures.
Sarah helps her clients understand the impact of constantly evolving HR
legislation, advises on how to integrate good practice into day-to-day
operations and is also involved in working with clients on disciplinary
hearings and grievance procedures.
Sarah started her career with a global project consultancy where she
specialised in the human resource aspects of mergers & acquisitions
and corporate reorganisations. She also gained extensive experience in
training and development programmes.
Sarah has run her own business and has successfully helped to establish and develop the Wilkins Kennedy HR capability.
Sarah is an avid football supporter and enjoys reading and hiking.
