How to listen to pod casts

You can listen to our pod casts from your computer or from your portable player. 

To listen to a pod cast you will need a media player, a piece of software, that can play mp3 files. Most computers should come pre-loaded with a media player. If you do not have appropriate software loaded, you can try one of the following media players which are available on the internet.

Windows Media Player - (Version 10 )
QuickTime Player
Real Player

If you are accessing the pod cast from the Wilkins Kennedy site, first click on the red icon.  

Play Now
By selecting this option, you can listen to streamed audio within your computer audio player. This file will not be saved onto your computer.

Simply click on the Play Now icon.

Download
Downloading allows you to save the audio file onto your computer for listening or transfer to a portable player.

On most computers you will need to right click to save the file. This should bring up an option to “save target as” or “save link as” which will allow you to save the file. You can then transfer it to your portable player, such as mp3 player, iPods, Mobile Phones.

Mac users may need to hold CTRL and click, then select “Download Linked File”.

For this option, click the Download icon.


After installing the aggregator, you go once to your chosen sites, drag the RSS button across to your aggregator and from then on your computer will check the RSS feeds you have selected for all the latest updates.
