We welcome you to join us for an exclusive and special opportunity to learn how to adapt to the new world of charity finance and enjoy a behind the scene tour of Leeds Castle.

This half day conference will provide you an opportunity for both Trustees and members of your senior management team to attend specific workshops to obtain innovative ideas and tool kits for guiding your organisations out of the recession. The three workshops will include:

 

  • Round table discussion for CEO’s, Chairs and Trustees
  • A fresh approach to fundraising – ideas factory for Senior Fundraisers
  • How to use your annual reports as an effective marketing tool – for Finance Directors

 

The workshops will be followed by an opportunity for everyone to join together for a panel discussion which will be followed by lunch.
