Dealing with late paying customers is a significant issue for all businesses and can be extremely frustrating and time consuming – for an SME is can be a matter of life or death. We will look at the practical steps that can be taken to ensure payment is made on time and what weapons are available to SME’s if payment is not forthcoming.
The briefing will include a short presentation for 30 – 40 minutes followed by an informal round table discussion, providing attendees with an opportunity to ask questions and discuss experiences.
The meeting will commence at 8am with a continental breakfast and be held at The Marriott Hotel, Maidstone, finishing by 9.30am. Places are limited to 15 per session.
