Our charity team has experience in advising trustees on preparing risk statements required in the Trustees Report. We have assisted clients in turning a regulatory requirement into a process embedded in their strategic planning.

Risk management is not about pursuing the most cautious route but is about planning for potential threats and opportunities. Our charity specialists are experienced in identifying financial, operational and strategic risks in charities and developing effective strategies to manage these.
