An audited financial model adds credibility to a PFI project and will be
required when third parties such as funders, banks or public watchdogs
are involved.

interrogate and test key data and formulae within the model. We run
sensitivity analyses and test ‘what if’ scenarios to ensure that the
model is reliable and can be confidently employed by the end user.
