Administration
In cases where a formal approach is needed to rescue a business, we are able to use the procedure of Administration. This is used as a formal process to achieve one or more of the following:
- Rescue the company as a going concern
- Achieve a better result for the company’s creditors than in a wind up situation
- Realise property in order to make a distribution to one or more secure or preferential creditors
