Our clients are typically small to medium-sized enterprises and institutional funders. We work for organisations across a wide variety of industries. As part of a large accounting firm we have the added benefit of being able to consult specialists in other fields should audit, accounting or other financial issues emerge during the deal.
Our approach is underpinned by our commitment to provide a highly personal service led by a partner who has ‘hands-on’ involvement throughout the transaction.
