Insolvent Liquidation
We are able to act in relation to Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations where:
- A company’s liabilities exceed its assets
- It cannot pay its debts as and when they fall due
- There is no prospect of the company continuing to trade
We are also able to act in instances of companies that are subject to Compulsory Liquidation where a winding up order has been made by the Court.
