Job Purpose

We require a smart, confident, outgoing but professional candidate, with strong communication skills, to join our admin team in Winchester.  The main purpose of the role is to assist with general office administration and reception duties.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • to assist the receptionist with answering phones, greeting clients, managing meeting rooms and to organise drinks and lunches, as required
  • to deal with the internal and external post
  • to take a proactive approach in the archiving system
  • to assist with general administrative duties such as; audit typing, photocopying, filing and scanning
  • to assist in the maintenance of the in-house database systems (data entry and new client set up).

Qualifications / Knowledge required

  • Experience of working within a client facing role, both on the telephone and in person – essential.
  • Computer Experience – Word, Excel and Outlook – essential.
  • PowerPoint - desirable.

Skills required

  • Self-motivated, flexible and able to take the initiative.
  • Team player able to develop good relationships with all staff and external clients.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
