Job Title: Receptionist

Role Purpose

To support the Hertford Office in relation to reception and some administration tasks.  To maintain and develop existing/prospective internal and external relationships through provision of excellent customer service. 

Key Areas of Focus

  • Meet & greet visitors   
  • Deal with both internal and external telephone queries
  • Keep reception area tidy
  • General correspondence
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Maintain daily movement lists
  • Manage car registration list
  • Other office duties as and when required
  • Arrange Couriers
  • Arrange lunches for meetings

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook and Word)

Previous Experience

Essential:

  • Reception background
  • PC experience including Word and Outlook
