Wilkins Kennedy bolsters dedicated forensic accounting practice with key appointment

A London and South East business advisory firm is bolstering its dedicated forensic accounting practice after making a key appointment to meet client demand.Wilkins Kennedy, which is part of the Baldwins Group and has 23 offices throughout the South East of England, has appointed Paul Barwick who has more than 13 years of experience in forensic accounting.

He is responsible for the new practice at Regis House on King William Street, London.

Paul joins the firm having spent more than seven years in the forensic team at a top 10 UK accountancy firm, and six years at a US forensic boutique prior to that.

He specialises in the provision of forensic accounting services to solicitors, regulators, and corporates and has worked across a range of sectors.

He has wide ranging experience including breach of contract and loss of profit claims, fraud investigations and asset tracing, post-transaction disputes, contentious valuations, family and matrimonial disputes, and manipulation of accounts investigations.

Paul is regularly instructed by dispute resolution lawyers in the context of litigation or arbitration and has had cases heard in both the UK High Court and in Arbitral Tribunals around the world.

Wilkins Kennedy is expanding its forensic practice in London to supplement the service that is offered at other Baldwins offices across the UK.

Wilkins Kennedy, along with the rest of Baldwins, is part of the CogitalGroup, which is an international business services group focused on entrepreneurial and private companies.
