David joined Wilkins Kennedy’s corporate finance arm, WKCF, in February 2017. He was appointed to head up the new corporate finance unit in Kent, following Wilkins Kennedy’s merger with Maidstone firm, Day, Smith & Hunter in October 2016.
Before working for Wilkins Kennedy, David was a corporate finance director at Crowe Clark Whitehill. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 2008 and has specialised in corporate finance since 2010.
David has been involved in a wide variety of transactions, acting in both a lead advisory and transaction support capacity, typically involving owner managed businesses, private equity institutions and large banking institutions.
David is a keen sportsman and will happily watch any game that involves a ball. When not spending time with his family, he enjoys playing cricket, football and golf.
